In this comic, Zippy is in La Havana, Cuba.
The title is "zippy's in Habana again" but I found that it was in Havana twice, one in 2003 and other in 2012 and this is the first.
The scene is with the typical small tourist taxis named "cocotaxi" (coconut taxi) but I think that maybe "huevotaxis" (egg taxis). You can found them for the city. I was there and i think that are for rent with conductor.
In the scene 1 zippy found a cocotaxi and named it scooter taxi.
In scene two says that Fidel Castro may be a dictator and other adjectives but say that he is cute with this taxi.
In scene 3 Zippy thinks that people may be happy with this taxi and one person say "Viva la revolución"
