Very tall Civil War Monument located at an intersection in downtown Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. It is located near the Bloomsburg Public Library at 225 Market St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. Sculptor unknown.

"Constructed from 17 blocks of granite and rising sixty feet tall, this monument pays tribute to soldiers and sailors who served the Union army and navy during the Civil War. The monument weighs over 100 tons and includes the names of individual battles in which local troops participated. Three statues on the corners honor the three main divisions of combat arms in the Army (infantry, cavalry, and artillery) while a fourth honors the Navy." -American Legion

Smithsonian description:
At the top of a tall obelisk stands a Civil War soldier holding a flag. The base of the obelisk is adorned with four uniformed figures representing the Navy, Infantry, Cavalry, and Artillery. The sailor holds binoculars to his eyes with his proper right hand. The artillery figure holds a cannon stopper in his proper right hand, his proper left hand is on his hip. The infantry figure stands holding the barrel of his rifle in both hands. The cavalry figure stands with his proper left hand on his sword.
