Descriptif

Descriptif

L'Irlandais was the first pub to open in Lille in 1991...and the one you'll end the night in! Here, we like the good-natured atmosphere, the eclectic music, the draft beers, the live sports matches...

A colorful pub sign is reminiscent of my home pub in Canada, The Toucan. The Irishman is now known throughout France for his delusions, his parties, his incomparable atmosphere. More than a pub, it has become an institution. Recently, the first Jack Daniel's room in Europe opened upstairs. The space there is more subdued, frequented by a new clientele and a few celebrities.

On Saturdays, it gets crowded from the start of the evening, which is pretty good if you're not a fan of places that don't come alive until after one in the morning. You will be able to take advantage of the spacious storefront to breathe before returning there and to revel in the very good beers selected, and to appreciate the carefully concocted playlists. Upstairs, the Jack Daniel's room offers a more subdued atmosphere... but you can't get in without a membership card!
