The Gothic Revival style St. Patrick Chapel is attached to the northwest end of St. Jerome Church by a short connector. The Chapel was added in 1899 and has a steeply pitched roof. The projecting entrance pavilion is three bays wide with a central Gothic style entrance flanked by a pair of Gothic windows. The second level has five Gothic windows with the center window being the taller window. The third level has a niche with a statue of St. Patrick flanked by a pair of Gothic windows.
The main block has a pair of windows flanking the entrance pavilion. Each side has a tower with a pyramidal roof topped by a cross. The north side of the Chapel is eight bays wide. There are projecting brick sections with gable roofs on the second and 5th bays. The other six bays have tall Gothic windows.
