The 5th Street Footbridge is a 130' long iron Warren through truss footbridge which is now closed to pedestrian traffic. The bridge spans the power canal directly adjacent an active Polygonal Warren pony truss bridge. A chain link fence prevents access to the abandoned bridge.

The 5th Street Footbridge was built in 1912 and designed by the Eastern Bridge and Structural Company and the Turners Falls Power Company. The bridge has a deck width of 12' and has handrails on both sides of the bridge.
