This dedicated tree is located in Hamilton, Ontario's Gage Park near the greenhouse area. The tree is dedicated to Karl Riimand, a devoted employee for the City of Hamilton Hotriculture Section. Karl was heavily involved with the yearly Mum show.
To the geocaching community he went by the name Greenthumb, and was a well known cacher with 13coach13 who put on the Hides of March event in nearby Brantford.
Sadly Karl passed away in 2021 after retiring in 2020 after 29 years with the city.
