The George Hotel, St John's Street, Keswick.

"Said to be the oldest inn in Keswick originally C16, now late Georgian in appearance. Scored stucco, quoins, 3 storeys. Flush-panelled door, pilastered doorcase, round arched fanlight with Gothic glazing bars. 2 windows on ground floor, and 3 sash windows each upper floor in plain stone architraves. An additional portion to the right is similar but with a plain doorway and an extra bay on the right hand end."
