Located a block south of Monroe Ave. on 4th Street, this has truly been a multi-use building. The Woman's Club, who managed the small library, tried sharing the space but the prisoners were too intimidating, so the current Women's Club was constructed. The building is made of brick but has been plastered over. The picture of the side shows the double wall and jail bars of the back half of the building, the jail area.
