En A Coruña se encuentra el Museo de Estrella GAlicia, la cerveza gallega por excelencia. El museo se encuentra en la fábrica y, durante la visita guiada al museo, se pueden ver, tanto las primitivas instalaciones de la fábrica como la parte más moderna.
La visita comienza en la zona antigua de la fábrica, donde se empezó a fabricar la cerveza Estrella Galicia en sus orígenes. En este punto ya nos ofrecen una prueba gratuita (incluída con la entrada)
Durante la visita, también se pueden observar las modernas instalaciones donde, a día de hoy, sigue produciéndose y embotellándose esta cerveza y casi todas sus variantes. Alguna de las cervezas artesanales que fabrican las hacen en pequeños talleres más pequeños repartidos por toda Galicia.
La visita a la fábrica tiene un precio que va desde los 15€, que incluye únicamente la visita a la fábrica. Os recomendamos que hagáis la visita con maridaje de quesos o de conservas (nosotros elegimos quesos). Tiene un coste de 35€, pero puedes tomar unas cervezas al final de la visita con unos pinchos y merece la pena.
Además, también se incluye en la visita (no en la visita de 15€ 😞) un taller de tiraje de cerveza, en el que aprenderás a tirar una buena caña.
The Museum of Estrella Galicia, the Galician beer par excellence, is located in A Coruña. The museum is located in the factory and, during the guided tour of the museum, you can see both the primitive facilities of the factory and the more modern part.
The visit begins in the old part of the factory, where Estrella Galicia beer was first brewed. At this point we are offered a free taste (included with the entrance fee).
During the visit, you can also see the modern facilities where, to this day, this beer and almost all its variants are still produced and bottled. Some of the craft beers they produce are made in smaller workshops throughout Galicia.
The visit to the factory has a price ranging from 15 €, which includes only the visit to the factory. We recommend that you do the visit with cheese or canned food pairing (we chose cheeses). It costs 35€, but you can have a few beers and a little "pincho" at the end of the visit and it is worth it.
In addition, also included in the visit (not in the 15 € visit 😞) is a beer serving workshop, where you will learn how to serve a good beer.
