The former police station located on Merrial Street in Newcastle-under-Lyme. It was the third police station built in 1936 and closed in 2012. It is now used as office accommodation and a gym.

The foundation stone is inscribed as follows;
THIS STONE WAS LAID
BY THE MAYOR
JOHN BENTLEY J.P.
ON 14TH FEBRUARY 1935
JOSEPH GRIFFITH M.A.LLD TOWN CLERK

The frieze art in the tympanum above the main entrance shows the Newcastle-under-Lyme Coat of Arms with leaves and flowers on either side.
NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME BOROUGH POLICE can still be seen under the frieze as if written on a scroll.
