The former police station located on Merrial Street in Newcastle-under-Lyme. It was the third police station built in 1936 and closed in 2012. It is now used as office accommodation and a gym.
The foundation stone is inscribed as follows;

JOSEPH GRIFFITH M.A.LLD TOWN CLERKThe frieze art in the tympanum above the main entrance shows the Newcastle-under-Lyme Coat of Arms with leaves and flowers on either side.
NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME BOROUGH POLICE can still be seen under the frieze as if written on a scroll.
