In this building in 57th St. there is a tank tower to give water to all the building. It isn't camufly with a walls and we can see it and looks a cottage.
This water tower is important for water pressure in building pipes.
This tank is behind Columbus PArk hotel and the photo was taking from Columbus Circle.
