This Little Free Pantry is at the southwest corner of St. Paul's Episcopal Church midway along East Church Street in Smithfield, North Carolina. The tall wood case is painted bright red, set upon a wood post at the southwest corner of the building, and has door frame entirely filled with plexiglass to show its contents. The gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles with a white cross inside the street-facing end. White vinyl lettering on the door reads:

The white interior shelves had a nice variety items on the day of my visit including: fresh oranges, bagels, pasta, candy, vanilla pudding, Pringles, Goldfish, tortilla chips, and many cans of beans, vegetables, pasta sauce, and tuna.
