This traffic camera is more like a slideshow rather then a video, but it is still possible to get a photo. To get to this one you must walk on the pathway until you get just behind the 'Give Way' sign. Then just wait for the camera to take a photo! You may need some help from a friend to make sure you get the frame you want, but beware you might be standing awkwardly on the side of the road for up to a minute.
These coordinates are from a recommended place to have your photo taken, not the camera's location.

Make sure you upload the photo from the webcam, otherwise your log will be deleted.
