Photos taken on 14 April 2023. The sculpture is elevated on a concrete base by about 3 feet. It's made of bronze and has some relief. The globe is 3 feet in diameter and has a small boy reading a book sitting on top of it. The plaque at the base says:
This innocent child sitting
"On Top of the World"
is a tribute to the
young lives lost too soon
to drug overdose
and serves to inspire
those who choose
to live drug free.
