Ward Point Cruise Ship Port, Ketchican AK serves only Norwegian Cruise Lines. It uses the largest floating dock in Alaska. There isn't much to do at the port. The site of the dock is a former pulp mill. You need to get transportation to Ketchican for other attractions
Locals told us that Norwegian quit docking at the Ketchican dock over disputes with the city over docking fees. So they built their own dock outside of town. Norwegian also cut the time spent here as a result.
