This Parker Truss Bridge, part of Chestnut Avenue, spans the Walnut River. Constructed in 1925, this bridge is about 210 feet long. According to this 2018 news article, the bridge is in need of repair. The narrow bridge carries quite a bit of automobile traffic each day. There is a place to park at the east end of the bridge, on the north side of the road.
