When Blasterz visited the Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina, the lady in the gift shop told us about this museum, a second museum operated by the RSM in Eastend. After doing some quick research, we understood that we would kick ourselves if we did not come to this museum so we reconfigured our trip delayed her journey to Calgary for a day spent an amazing afternoon here at the T-Rex Discovery Centre.

You know you've made the right decision to go WAYYYYY out of your way to see dinosaurs when the clouds in the sky form a T Rex. <---- TRUE

This is the home of Scotty, the largest T-Rex to ever roam the earth. See: (visit link)

From the T-Rex Discovery Centre website, here are all the exhibits on display: (visit link)

There is a suggested admission of $10 for a person, or $20 for a family. The experience here is MORE THAN WORTH THAT!!!

Blasterz expected to spend about three hours here. We wound up spending five. After we left the museum we decided to have dinner in Eastend at Jack's -- the only restaurant in town. We were there to scruffy men walked in who we recognized immediately from the films that we had seen at the T Rex Discovery center. It was John Stocker and Tim Parsons, tWo the paleontologists who had verified the bones found by a local high school teacher as T Rex, then spent the next 20 years digging out this T-Rex, later named Scotty, out of the rock.
