La “Fuente de los Patos” es una fuente histórica, construida en 1853 y financiada por la Sociedad Económica de Amigos del País para dotar de agua a esta zona de la ciudad. Fue restaurada en el año 2001 por el Ciclo Integral del Agua, reparando entonces las grietas en el mármol, algunas fugas que presentaba la taza central, y remodelando las tuberías de alimentación de agua.
Llamado también Pilón o Abrevadero del Portal
Se trata de una fuente modernista erigida junto a otras cinco fuentes públicas en 1883. Después de la guerra, en la reestructuración de la ciudad, fue colocada en su actual lugar de la Plaza del Portal una vez restaurada.
The “Fountain of the Ducks” is a historic fountain, built in 1853 and financed by the Economic Society of Friends of the Country to provide water to this area of ??the city.
