This survey control point is almost hidden in plain sight. Rather than being mounted flush with the surrounding surface or on a raised surface, this one is set inside a PVC pipe with a cap. The cap fits loosely and is easily removed to inspect the interior. Perhaps this is why there is a square concrete paving stone on top of the PVC cap. The datasheet description refers to a witness post within two feet of the disc. The witness post is easily seen from a distance and makes it easy to find this benchmark. Recommend parking on Falcon View Ct. You could also park at Livorna Park and walk about 0.15 mi to the benchmark location.
