RV 889 (HF0914) - Andale, KS - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This U.S. Benchmark is a standard Monel-Metal Rivet set in the top of a box culvert for the Missouri Pacific Railroad. The easiest access is from the parking lot to the southeast that serves the large baseball complex to the east; you can walk a dirt path to the wash and then work your way to the box culvert without having to walk the tracks. However this is an active track so it's technically trespassing and also be careful. The rivet is on top of the north headwall, in the very center.
