This shelter is located on E. Columbia Ave. just east of Baldwin Ave. in Pontiac. This shelter has two signs. Which both are in good condition. One is on the front of the building. The other is on the West side of the building. The sign is at the top of the stairs leading to the basement. Strangely enough, the stairs have been filled in with dirt.
You can see the handrail go right into the ground. Both signs have their capacity numbers. The capacity of this shelter is 50. I will add more information on this shelter when it becomes available.
