The marker identifies the Wm. R. Mason Family grave site in the Mason Cemetery near the city of Belding. The marker has the Mason Family name on two sides. Images on the panels include an anchor, clasped hands, Lily of the Valley, foliage leaves, a star, a rose bud, a square and compass, and three chain links. A curtain shroud encircles the marker. Inscriptions are on three side panels of the marker.
