This museum is housed in a former Post Office on Sandusky St. in Delaware, Ohio. The Ohio Wesleyan University purchased the building in 1969 to be used for their fine arts department. In 2001 this department was moved elsewhere on campus, and renovations began to create this museum.

The museum is open to the public and admission is free. It displays rotating exhibits as well as a portion of Ohio Wesleyan's permanent collection.
