I suspect this is the largest cross in the ACT - overlooking Lake Burley Griffin at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture (ACCC).

Dominating the site is this tall, stylised cross. There is a contemplation pool at the base of the cross with running water.
The ACCC is a national ecumenical centre that encourages dialogue and cooperation amongst Christian churches and between Christianity and other faiths, as well as exploring issues relating to reconciliation in Australia and the interface between Christian faith and Australian culture. The Centre is affiliated with Charles Sturt University.

Characteristics of this cross: Simple, classic design, but given the sheer size of the cross it is really hard to get a good photograph!
Describe the location: The ACCC is situated on a small knoll overlooking Lake Burley Griffin on Kings Avenue and immediately south of the Parliamentary Triangle in the heart of Canberra, the national capital of Australia.
