A very nice place, inside the remnants of an ancient Iberian village (III century BC).

The place has a breathtaking view over the sorrounding country, as was usual among the Iberian villages.
The Vertice Geodésico is near the present day village of Calaceit,whose name derives from the arabic Cal-Al-Said or Castle of the Lord. The castle doesn't exist anymore but the are pictures of it from the XVIII century AD.

Desde Calaceite se sale por la carretera a Beceite y a unos 100 m.
después de las últimas casas, sale a la dcha. un camino que tiene un
poste indicador que pone, "Poblado Ibérico San Antonio", siguiendo por
este camino se pasa por la ermita de San Cristóbal y llega a unos 150 m.
de la ermita de San Antonio, donde acaba el camino, se deja el vehículo y
por terreno rocoso se recorren los 150 m. que falta para llegar a la señal.
