Hmmmm.....I think the seahorse gives it away! Nope, it's got to be the tiles lining the flower bed! This converted fountain is right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. I am sure Hurricane Katrina had something to do with the fountain's conversion. This area is slowly coming back to life, so maybe someday this fountain will once again have water flowing from it.
