To get to the waterfall, you can park at either of the parking areas for the Botanical Gardens. You will be charged a nominal entry fee to visit the gardens, which are quite exceptional, with a wide variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees.

This waterfall is at it's best during the rainy season (October to February), and especially shortly after heavy rains when the Crocodile River is in flood.
