It was installed in summer, 2006, along with some landscaping by the Jubilee Book Club that meets at the Ursuline. The languages are English, Arabic (with our hope for peace in those countries that speak Arabic), Russian (because Great Falls' sister city is Naryn, Kyrgystan) and Spanish.
