NIBIISING- Ojibway for " Beside the Large Lake". Located on the corner of Hwy. 11 and Seymour St. in North Bay, Ontario stands the first of the Whispering Giant statues carved in Canada. Completed in 1988 by sculptor Peter Wolf Toth, it shares a place of honor next to the Dione Quintuplets Museum.
