DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1973 (JRS) THE POINT INTERSECTED WAS THE APEX OF THE VENT ATOP THE SANDY CITY CORPORATION, WATER TANK THAT IS LOCATED ABOUT 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MURRAY, 2 MILES NORTHEAST OF SANDY CITY AND EAST OF WHAT IS LOCALLY KNOWN AS THE JORDAN DITCH. THE TANK IS THE WEST ONE OF TWO IDENTICAL UNELEVATED TANKS THAT ARE PAINTED LIGHT GREEN IN COLOR AND ARE ABOUT 60 FEET IN HEIGHT.
