As far as playgrounds go, this is one of the smaller one. It is nestled between housing developments on an EXTREMELY busy Marlkress Road. It is just down the way from our Post Office as well. There are no restrooms.
There is a neat, little area off to the side that has a dedication plaque mounted into a rock from April of 1967. The tree in the background was planted in commemoration of a Rotary event during that year. (See Picture)
The playground equipment includes all of the new standard gray and green plastic menagerie of fun you would expect to see including a few slides, some climbing areas, swings, a tire ride and other areas to crawl around and explore. It is a small, intimate area generally used by local folks.

As you can see, the playground may be found on Marlkress Road near the development of Lucerne (very ritzy!). Our basketball courts and parks are listed by street name not complex name.
