The Burke Baker Planetarium opened in 1964. It has been used to train Space Shuttle astronauts to identify star fields. The starfield projector is a computerized SkySkan DigitalSky. The digital stereo system will make your experience more realistic. This Planetarium is located inside the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
