A monument to commemorate the inundation and liberation of Walcheren on October the 7th 1944. The allied forces bombed the dikes to flood the land. So the nazi's had to leave their bunkers.

The text says:

Walcheren was inundated and liberated after the bombing of the dike at Rammekens by the allied forces. Monument manufactered by Steef Roothaan on behalve of the Walcheren 40-45 foundation. Revealed by Mr. L. Cevaal on October the 4th 19xx. The xx's are information of a multi-cache and therefore not visible.
