JitB has long been one of my guilty pleasures. Where I grew up JitB was open all night, and McDonalds closed in the evening. In Oregon, sadly, the positions are reversed. Which means I don't get here as often as usual. The building itself is a radical change from the usual (ugly) architecture. The food is standard, but the Oregon taste buds make this almost the spiciest place in town.
