The wars mentioned are the Civil War, World War II, Vietnam & Korea. There is a medallion representative of each of these wars embedded in concrete which forms a perimeter for this memorial. Surrounding the memorial are seven huge flags, the American Flag being the middle one.
SFC Fidencio Milanes was the chairmen of the Westampton POW/MIA Memorial Project.
