Russels is a salon advertising various treatments for hair, nails, facials, foot massages and all sorts of stuff. Having never been there, I couldn't give the full list, or any type of recommendation. The sign over the main entrance is one of those big ugly florescent things that rule the landscape. But when one leaves the nearby grocery store you see a very small and classy neon advert. The same sign is on three side of the building, and almost makes up for the monstrosity above the main entrance.
