These two racks sitting near each other are not much to look at. All they are is two mettle racks chained to light poles. They do however provide a secure area for you to place your bike if you went to the library. If you go, be sure to check out Joiny's lame cache #2 Library Park . It is a fun and simple cache located 150 feet from here.
