This small bike rack is unpainted making a plain silver. It looks to be made out of stainless steel as it would rust otherwise. It is located behind a O'Donnels. The employees come in through this area so the rack is probably for them. There is an incredible cache nearby called Luck of the Irish (1). It is well worth the hunt.
