This scenic overlook is accessible on the Top of the World Trail, rated medium in difficulty. You may not want to take you 2 wheel drive vehicle up here, but if you dare to drive over the rock ledges, the payoff is amazing!
Take Highway 191 north of Moab, to Highway 128 northeast. Follow the Colorado River for about 29 miles, and make a right onto Entrada Bluffs Road just before the Old Dewey Bridge. The trail, which loops at the end is 9.6 miles, the first being rather level gravel/dirt road.
Those afraid of body damage can park their vehicle by the Old Dewey Bridge and hike the 9.6 miles to the overlook (there is a restroom by the bridge), or take the first five on easy trails, and park at the trailhead for the Top of the World Loop. If you do drive up the trail, you can get pretty close to the edge.
