It may seem like an odd combination, but to the owner - who is half Polish and a native of Chicago - the combination of newstand and hot dog stand is a natural. (Add in a love of espresso and the desire to draw in caffeine-hungry UCSC students.) Just in case the customers want something a little different, they have an Italian sausage and a hot Andouille sausage, but obviously their pride is the traditional Chicago-style hot dog. Made with real Vienna Beef links, what else ?
