Built here as decoration for a church, Harbor Lights, this building has been under construction since at least 2004. I have no clue as to why that is, but it is. The church complex is still not complete, but almost there.

There are smaller variations of the lighthouse located around the property as well.

The lighthouse is being built as part of the church's theme, which you can probably guess by its name.
