Review:
In anticipation of this category getting approved, I (the Biologist of the team) stopped at Teaism at Lafayette Park when I was in Washington, D.C. on a business trip and tried the Zhenzhou Pearls tea. I found the drink to be a bit sweet, but overall I enjoyed it. Although I've heard that some people find the "pearls" to be slimy, I actually liked the texture very much. Reminded me of the tapioca pudding my mother used to make for us when I was young.
