Lou's has terrific Chicago style deep dish pizza. Chicago style pizza is a thin crust pizza with high sides cooked in a deep dish pan so that all the toppings can be held on the pizza. This is pizza that is typically eaten with a fork and knife.
Lou's has a fantastic Chocolate Chip Pizza. This is a hot chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
