This is a different kind of artwork, crossed with public park architecture. The five pillars are laid out in a grid which is reminiscent of rows of orchard trees. The pillars appear identical, each with an enclosed "trunk" and an open top of squared-off rings. Since there is no artist credited, it's hard to figure out if the architect of this park plaza thought it was art, or merely industrial design.

The city's park website makes no mention of the artwork at all. The site is listed as "Baylands Grove Amphitheater", although there is only a circular lawn area surrounding the central paved circle to indicated that it might function as an amphitheater.
