The Crystal Mountain trail system is located in Larimer County Colorado. There are numerous side trails which are un-numbered and some are not even on the topo maps. Be aware of the private property signage, as there really is private land up here. You will be prosecuted by the locals if you are caught trespassing.
Trail is moderate in difficulty, becomes extreme if you try to go the entire way to the top of crystal mountain. Very large rocks are in the trail and must be drove over. For an even bigger challenge try Moody Hill first.
