Jose Rincon was killed and his friend Oscar Perez was injured when they were struck by a drunk driver, Glenda Rumsey.
One ghost bike was erected at the site in May/08 but was stolen in July/08. This ghost bike appears to be a replacement but it has a sign with "Guaro" on it.
