Nice little shop with comfy chairs. Some TV monitors for your viewing pleasure too. Besides the usual Boba stuff, there is meat items available.

Review:
Came by the other day and had my usual Almond milk tea with boba. Also ate some meat things on a skewer. She asked how hot, scale of 1 -10. I went for 3 & that was hot! Good stuff tho.
