This Coast Guard Cutter was originally an ice-breaker on the Hudson and Delaware Rivers. It's now on display at the Truman Waterfront.

The Mohawk was assigned to work with the Navy in November of 1941. During the war she launched 14 attacks on enemy vessels. During the war, she rescued 293 men from the USAT Chatham and 24 men from SS Barberry. In 1945 the Mohawk went back to ice-breaking duties.
The Mohawk is now a museum on the water in Key West. The museum is open to visitors Monday thru Saturday from 10 to 4.
