The deaths of an Apollo crew, the Challenger crew, and the Columbia crew are honored in this exhibit. The display is in a permanent case near the entrance to the terminal gates. Colorado Springs has a strong connection to space flight, with the Air Force Academy and a Lockheed-Martin facility in town.
