The Milovida - "Pleasant View" pavilion was built in the beginning of 19th century and decorated by sculptures of delphins and sphinxes. Later the statues has been removed and it was being used as a teahouse. In 1992 it was damaged by a fire. The recent reconstruction took place in 2006-2007.
